- Food combining, timing, meal plans and constitution-based eating

Trained in Australia and India, Caroline has worked in Ayurvedic clinics and wellness centres and has taught thousands of students across natural therapies, yoga anatomy, aromatherapy, and Ayurvedic lifestyle education for Health Schools Australia, Nature Care College and The Yoga Therapy Institute.
She is the author of A Woman’s Ayurvedic Herbal and six other books. Caroline is widely respected for making complex Ayurvedic concepts clear, interesting, and practical. Caroline’s passion lies in empowering people with Ayurvedic wisdom for long-term health and happiness.
